Role of School Planning Council
-represent, speak, and vote on behalf of the PAC at SPC meetings
-request and take direction from the membership and executive
-be strong advocates for meaningful parent involvement in the school
and school planning
-provide a written report to all general and executive meetings as
requested
-attend general and executive meetings as directed by the membership
or executive

Society for Kids' Mental Health

A monthly parent networking and support group for those whose children and youth struggle with mental health issues.
Date: Third Wednesday of each month (except July & August)
Time: 6:30-8:30pm
Place: Shuswap Family Resource Centre -- 181 Trans Canada Hwy NE

The F.O.R.C.E. is a member of the B.C. Partners for Mental Health and Addictions Information. Funding for the F.O.R.C.E. is provided by the Ministry of Children and Family Development and the Porvincial Health Services Agency.
All parents are encouraged to attend to help support and guide the needs for student success in our school.
We hope to see you all there at the end of the month.
